California Lawyer Attorney of the Year Awards Berger Kahn Managing Partner Craig Simon

IRVINE, Calif., March 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Craig Simon, Managing Partner of Berger Kahn, was recognized by the Los Angeles Daily Journal in 2021 for his work as Co-Lead Counsel for the prestigious California Attorney of the Year, the Plaintiffs at Woolsey – $ 2.2 billion settlement.

The California Attorney of the Year award recognizes attorneys for outstanding achievements in specific areas of law.

The $ 2.2 billion Woolsey settlement was sandwiched between Edison in southern California and over 100 exemption plaintiffs and other Woolsey fire damage holders following a 2018 fire that spanned 151 square miles in Los Angeles and Ventura counties destroyed.
