Brian J. Tagtmeier received his JD degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992. He speaks frequently on construction issues and has contributed to the Residential Construction Liability Act and Texas Lien and Bond Claims. In addition to his work as a litigator, Tagtmeier has been a mediator and arbitrator since 2006 and has participated in over 200 arbitration tribunals. H Texas Magazine recognized him as one of the top construction lawyers in Houston in June 2007 and one of the best brokers in June 2010. Houstonia Magazine selected Tagtmeier as a well-known lawyer for construction law in 2017 and as a top mediator in 2018.
