This is the third year of the awards show, and the awards show practically took place on 25th Marchth.

Farrin’s recent efforts to create a diverse and inclusive work environment at his company include the creation of a Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the addition of a Spanish-speaking HR generalist focused on hiring and connecting with Latinos, and hiring diversity.
