What kind of cases do you generally handle? What percentage of your practice is devoted to (that particular area of practice)?: Personal injury: – Vehicle accidents and death (90%) – Slips and falls (5%) – Dog bites (5%)

Who is your typical customer?: Someone who was innocently involved in an accident and was injured in the process.

What is your approach or your philosophy for winning or representing a case?: Teamwork and an open flow of communication with my customers. I make myself easily accessible to my customers. When my clients feel that they and their case are top priority, a caring and trusting relationship develops that almost always leads to a successful outcome.

What is one misconception people may have about your company?: If you are not a big well-known poster attorney, you are somehow “not that good”. In fact, it is just the opposite. My office is small with two lawyers, but being small makes us great and extraordinary. It helps us focus on the quality of the cases, not the quantity. It allows us to think of people as names, not numbers. This is what sets us apart from these “big known” companies – is that we really care and our customers feel it.
